Living rooted with wholehearted presence

Some of the greatest work we do in our lives is to walk the path of self-inquiry. Often we are led by so much conditioning, it is difficult to know if we are leading our lives from the inside out or outside in.

We commute daily between the public world of roles and our internal and sometimes hidden self. We seek an undivided, integrated and whole world but often turn to armoring ourselves because we are instructed and expected to live a divided life, keeping our authentic selves at bay while fulfilling our destinies which have long been shaped by cultural expectation, comparison and competitive performing. As a result we are left exhausted, beside ourselves or disembodied.

How can we relax back into ourselves or let ourselves back in?

Orientating from a place of open hearted authenticity, I seek to promote a mindful and compassionate awareness where we can promote strategic change through curiosity, inclusion and embodied wholeness.
